One of the secrets to our rich, unforgettable flavor is our signature butter blend, made by combining two distinct types of butter with carefully selected salts, mixed during the browning process to deepen the flavor and create a warm, nutty base for each cookie. It’s a step that takes time and precision, but it’s what gives our cookies their unique depth and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
We also mill our own oat flour in-house, using whole oats that are ground fresh to retain their natural flavor and nutrients. Our proprietary blend of oat flour and other specialty flours goes into every batch, giving our cookies their tender crumb and balanced chew. This custom flour blend, combined with our butter base, is what sets our texture apart from anything store-bought.
